Head of Client Insights, Australia and New Zealand Kate Wilson is RFi Group’s Head of Client Insights for Australia and New Zealand. Kate joined RFi Group in 2012 and, over this period, has used her quantitative and qualitative research skills to support a RFi Group’s research programs across a range of topics and regions. Kate recently relocated back to Sydney, following two years working in RFi Group’s London office. While in London, Kate performed the role of Global Insights Manager which entailed combining insights across markets, identifying global trends and supporting the business strategies for a number of RFi Group’s key global clients. While based in the UK, Kate was also responsible for the management of RFi Group’s UK based payments and digital banking programs, combing local market knowledge with global examples of best practice to identify opportunities in these areas.
