Mark Zmarzly is your typical Creative Writing Masters graduate turned FinTech entrepreneur. After nine years in the US financial services industry working with hundreds of banks - including Capital One and Zions Bank - in the areas of customer acquisition, copywriting, and marketing, Mark founded the FInTech software company Hip Pocket in 2013 and the Hip Money app in 2016. His startup and FinTech accelerator experiences includes completing NMotion (a GAN Accelerator), Pipeline (an entrepreneurial fellowship supported by the Kauffman Foudnation), the Points of Light Civic Accelerator program, as well as mentoring with INV FinTech. He has presented at SXSW, Money20/20, FinCon, The Financial Brand Forum, Bank Innovation, BAI Retail, ABA Bank Marketing Conference, and Finovate. He also feels it’s important to note that he has a loving family of five and nice hair.
