As demand for secure, high-capacity and reliable digital services grows, the $5.5 million Sustainable Data Centre Action Plan will help ensure Victoria’s data centre sector expands in a way that is sustainable, efficient and well planned. In partnership with the Australian Government, the Victorian Government has also invested $30 million to establish a Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence at Chisholm Institute’s Frankston campus, strengthening Victoria’s digital skills pipeline and future workforce capability. Victoria is also investing in talent and skills to build, grow and future-proof our digital workforce, including the $8.2 million Digital Jobs AI Career Conversion program, which will deliver targeted training to help workers transition into AI roles and develop specialist capabilities in the technology. The program is expected to support more than 1,300 Victorians to upskill for AI roles over four years, with the first training courses commencing in the coming months. As we grow Victoria’s digital workforce, the Victorian Digital Skills Compact is bringing together government, industry and TAFEs to open new pathways into digital careers, widen participation and strengthen workforce digital capability, helping ensure Victoria can meet future workforce demand. Standard Rooms at Crown Promenade Melbourne offer a large 34 square metres, with soft muted tones and custom-made beds. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of natural light. In-room features include one King bed or 2 Queen size beds, desk, window seat, large walk-in shower, free internet and convenient amenities. Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Please note credit card fees of 1.7% + $0.30 applies for domestic cards, and 3.5% + $0.30 applies for international cards.
