Senior Analyst, Treasury, Australia
Kathryn is a Senior Analyst in the Consumer Data Right (CDR) and Data policy teams in Structural Reform Division at the Treasury. Kathryn is responsible for policy development for the CDR and Open Banking, was a member of the Open Banking Review Secretariat, and has been working on the CDR since August 2017.
Kathryn led consultation on the Treasury Laws Amendment (Consumer Data Right) Act 2019, the Consumer Data Right (Authorised Deposit-Taking Institutions) Designation 2019, and Treasury’s oversight of the rules.
Prior to joining the Australian Treasury, Kathryn worked across a range of roles in the Victorian Public Service.
