Payment:
Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Please note credit card fees of 1.7% + $0.30 applies for domestic cards, and 3.5% + $0.30 applies for international cards. Transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’.
On check in guests must provide a valid credit card to cover any incidentals whilst at the property.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations received on or before 2 August 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 3 - 17 August 2026 will incur a cancellation charge of one (1) night's accommodation per room cancelled, receiving a refund for additional nights.
- Cancellations received on or after 18 August 2026 are non-refundable.
- No shows are non-refundable.
- All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card merchant fees paid at the time of booking.
Breakfast: Discounted buffet breakfast available at Mesh Restaurant for $35 per adult if pre-booked and paid when booking accommodation. If not pre-paid, the walk-in rate ranges from $42.50 - $47.50 per adult, paid on checkout.

Valet parking - $70 per vehicle per night for Crown Promenade hotel guests.
